Reduced preheating cycle times

Depending on the pipe quality it is necessary to preheat the pipe ends within a very short period of time, thus ensuring that the welding seam quality fulfils high-level standards. The new technology being installed on our ARCOTRAC welding tractor has been designed to reach 300° C within the shortest period of time (approx. 60 seconds). Our units are equipped in such a way, that the thermal process of each welding seam can be recorded. This feature is important in case of quality problems, to show which temperature has been reached in which period of time.
